Featuring El Dorado stone and board and batten exterior, this home is a subtle homage to nature. With multiple hues of green, accented with brushed brass, this modern farmhouse speaks to the trees that surround it and the history that came before it was built.

The Entryway
A two-story foyer greets guests entering the home from the stairs. While entering from either the porch or the garage allows for a seamless, step free entrance to the home, the front entrance remains grand, and is capped with a gas lantern with a true flame.
The Kitchen
Continuing the green color palette, the backsplash in the kitchen is a green that matches to the cabinets in the dining room and flows into the shiplap wide hallway in a pastel sea foam green.
Styled Bathrooms
The first floor features a primary bedroom and ensuite that is accessible and filled with Universal Design features. The wing of the home facing the west also features an accessible bathroom, allowing for two first-floor living areas to be shared with family and guests that allows for access across generations.

Every inch of this home has been designed and considered. From the vaulted ceilings with bespoke beams, to the reclaimed herringbone brick floor in the laundyroom that matches the fireplace surround.
