What is the Custom Builder Program?
The Southern Living Custom Builder Program is a network of over 100 of the South’s top custom home builders. They grant membership in their exclusive, invitation-only program based on the following criteria:

- Financial stability
- Use of quality building products in their homes
Before admission into the program, Southern Living reviews all candidates by checking homeowner and business references, as well as conducting site visits to ensure their custom homes will deliver the highest level of craftsmanship and architectural excellence. Above all, Southern Living recognizes candidates who understand that homeowners deserve top-notch customer service from start to finish.
